Before Shipment
You may request cancellation before your order ships. Cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on the order’s status and processing progress. If cancellation is confirmed, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. After delivery, you may submit a return request within 30 days of delivery, subject to the Returns & Refund Policy.
