48-Hour Reporting Requirement (DOA / Damage / Wrong Item)
If your item arrives damaged, defective on arrival, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label.

What This Limited Warranty Covers
This Limited Warranty addresses issues present at delivery when reported within the 48-hour window, including shipping damage, defects identified upon arrival, or receipt of an incorrect item.

Possible Outcomes
After review, we may offer an appropriate resolution based on the situation, which may include replacement (or replacement components), return for refund (processed within 10 business days after approval), or other reasonable steps consistent with the case details.

Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, improper installation, modifications, or issues reported after the 48-hour reporting window. Final Sale items and custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
